论新时代中国特色社会主义社会建设的新要求——基于马克思世界历史观的时代解读

摘要
马克思的世界历史观为探索中国特色社会主义社会建设的思想内涵提供了一种新视野,运用"世界历史"眼光将对经济全球化之于社会发展的国情问题、生产力之于社会建设的超越问题、社会发展之于社会建设的道路问题有新的认识。以这种新的思维方式观照中国特色社会主义社会建设,有助于正确认识社会历史、合理看待社会发展、科学引导社会建设。由此,对社会主义社会建设的探索提出新时代要求:在立足国情放眼世界、充分利用后发优势的基础上,对内积极推动全面深化改革开放,科学推进跨越式发展,对外倡议构建人类命运共同体,共享文明成果、共创"世界历史"。
Marx's view of world history provides a new vision for exploring the ideological connotation of socialist construction with Chinese characteristics. Especially with the perspective of "world history", we can have a new understanding of the national conditions of economic globalization for social development, the surmounting of productivity to social construction, and the path of social development to social construction. This new way of thinking is conducive to forming a correct understanding on social history, social development, and scientific social construction. At the same time, we should put forward new era requirements for the exploration of socialist social construction. Based on the national conditions, the world vision and the late-mover fully, we should actively promote the comprehensively deepening reform and opening-up internally, to realize leapfrog development scientifically; and advocate the construction of a community of human destiny externally, to share the achievements of civilization and create a "world history".
