摘要
燃煤在火力发电厂的成本中所占份额极高,为总支出的70%~80%,燃料部的工作由此可见非常重要。根据国家标准制定的《电力用煤最新试验方法汇编》详细阐述了火力发电厂煤炭质量检验的标准和程序。煤炭质量检验主要分为采样、制样、化验三大块,各自所占的误差比例分别为采样80%、制样16%、化验4%。化验所占比例最少,但是在整个检验的流程中化验是最后一道程序,意义重大。主要针对化验方面,从人员和仪器入手,合理分配人员分工,制定设备维护保养措施,创新技术水平,最大程度地减少化验的人为误差和仪器误差。
        The work of the fuel department is very important as a share of coal combustion in the cost of thermal power plants is extremely high, at about 70%-80% of total expenditure. According to the national standards of the People's Republic of China, the compilation of the latest test methods for electric power coal sets out in detail the standards and procedures for coal quality inspection in thermal power plants. Coal quality inspection is mainly divided into sampling, sample making, testing three chunks, the respective proportion of error is sampling 80%, sample making 16%, testing 4%. The laboratory is the least represented, but testing is the last procedure in the whole inspection process, which is of great significance. This article mainly aims at the laboratory aspect, starts from the personnel and the instrument, reasonably distributes the personnel division of labor, formulates the equipment maintenance measure, the innovation technology level, minimizes the test human error and the instrument error.
