摘要
文章跳出企业进行生态创新是否"善有善报"的传统后果研究逻辑,提出"行善有方"是"善有善报"的重要前提,从而弥补了以往研究多关注生态创新战略选择而忽视战略实施对战略结果影响的不足。文章提出生态创新与企业及市场吸收能力的匹配程度是生态创新绩效的重要预测变量,而生态创新与企业及市场吸收能力匹配程度受到生态创新实施战略的影响,原因是:一方面实施战略可以改变生态创新的可吸收性,使其与企业吸收能力匹配;另一方面实施战略可以提高企业及市场的吸收能力,让生态创新被吸收得更好。因此,文章提出明智的生态创新实施战略应考虑向心性、时机、顺序、节奏、内外合作、生态创新沟通、市场隔离等。
Previous studies emphasize the impact of strategic choice instead of strategic implementation on eco-innovation performance. To fill this gap, this paper focuses on how to implement eco-innovation will improve the corporate return of engaging in eco-innovation rather than whether eco-innovation can enhance firm performance or not. Thus, this paper argues that the engagement strategies of eco-innovation, making eco-innovation better match with the absorptive capacity of enterprises or/and market, will enhance the return of eco-innovation. Accordingly, this paper proposes that the insightful engagement strategies of eco-innovation should consider centrality, timing, sequence, rhythm or consistency, internal and external R&D cooperation, market communication, and the isolation of competitors.
