摘要
针对常规搅拌桩和旋喷桩在成桩直径、桩身搭接、桩体垂直度、施工效率等方面的缺陷和不足,综合了长螺旋钻机、三轴搅拌工艺和高压旋喷工艺的优点,研发了长螺旋三轴高压喷搅桩施工装置,编制了施工工法,并将其成功应用于延崇高速北京段第2标段明挖隧道基坑工程等项目,工程实践结果表明,该工艺取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。
In view of the defects and shortcomings of conventional mixing pile and jet grouting pile in the aspects of pile diameter,pile overlap,pile verticality and construction efficiency,the advantages of long spiral drill,triaxial mixing technology and high pressure jet grouting technology are synthesized,and the construction equipment of long spiral triaxial high pressure rotary jetting and mixing pile is developed,and the construction method is compiled. It has been applied to the foundation excavation engineering of the open-cut tunnel in the second bidding section of Beijing section of Yan-Chong Expressway and achieved good economic and social benefits.
