摘要
铺丝工艺是复合材料成型过程中的一个重要环节。根据分析铺丝机张力产生的机理,提出了一种自动铺丝机恒张力进丝控制系统的总体设计方案,实现了在系统运行过程中纤维张力始终保持稳定。该系统采用stm32微控制器作为主控单元,直流无刷电机为执行元件。设计了一种模糊PID控制器,使整个系统可以实时调节,通过Simulink的仿真分析体现了模糊PID相比于普通PID的优越性。上位机中使用C#语言在Visual Studio中进行人机界面的设计,通过上下位机通讯协议的编程,可以实现信号采集,工作状态显示,发送指令等功能。
        Pavement process is an important part in the process of composite materials forming. According to the analysis of the theory of tension produced by fiber placement machine,a overall design of constant tension control system for automatic fiber placement machine was put forward,and the tension of fiber was kept stable during system operation. The control system use stm32 microcontroller as the main control unit and Brushless DC motor as executive component. A fuzzy PID controller is designed to make the whole system can be adjusted in real time. Simulink simulation shows the superiority of fuzzy pid compared with common pid. The man-machine interface designed by C# language programming in the Visual Studio can achieve functions including signal acquisition,displaying work status and sending command,etc.
