摘要
苜蓿作为畜禽青绿饲料,在动物生产中具有十分重要的价值和地位。其次级代谢产物黄酮类化合物具有杀菌、抗氧化、延缓衰老、抗肿瘤、类雌激素、增强机体免疫力等生物活性功能,在医药领域和畜牧生产中有着十分重要的开发与利用价值。本文系统综述了苜蓿黄酮生物活性功能和提取工艺方面的研究现状,分析造成苜蓿黄酮含量差异的因素,旨在探索加工生产功能性无抗饲料,为发展健康安全的畜产品提供理论参考依据。
        Alfalfa,as livestock feed and forage grass,has important value and status in animal production.The flavonoids of alfalfa have biological activities such as bactericidal,anti-oxidation,anti-aging,anti-tumor,estrogen-like action and enhance immunity.They have important development and utilization value in the field of medicine and livestock production.In this paper,the research progress of the bioactive function and extraction process of flavonoids were reviewed.The factors causing the difference of flavonoids content were analyzed.The aim was to explore the theoretical basis for the production of functional non-anti-feed and the development of healthy and safe animal products.
