摘要
磁流变液是一种新型智能材料,在外加磁场作用下,液体黏度发生很大的变化。将磁流变液材料应用于车辆减振器上,通过理论及试验分析,这种叶片式磁流变液减振器提供的阻尼力可完全替代被动式叶片减振器,并具有更优良的控制性和适应性。磁流变液减振器是一种基于工作液可控特性的新型可控减振器,以磁流变液作为减振器的工作液,并在减振器中设计有电磁线圈,电磁线圈产生的磁场作用于减振器的工作液,通过控制电磁线圈电流的大小来改变磁流变液的黏度,实现阻尼可调的目的。
Magnetorheological fluid(MRF) is a new type of smart material.Under the condition of external magnetic field,fluid viscosity was greatly changed.This feature can be applied to shock absorber of the vehicle.Theoretical and experimental analysis showed that the damping provided by the vane MRF shock absorber can fully substitute the driven shock absorber,and the vane MRF shock absorber has better controllability and adaptability.Magnetorhehogical fluid shock absorber is a kind of new controllable shock absorber based on magnetorhehogical fluid,and took it as working fluid,designed magnetic coil in shock absorber.Field of magnetic coil acted on shock absorber,through controlling current and changing magnetorhehogical fluid viscosity to realized damping adjustable.
