雷磊教授治疗宫腔粘连经验

摘要
本文主要从病因病机、治疗大法、治疗特色等三个方面,结合病案总结雷磊教授治疗宫腔粘连的经验。雷磊教授认为本病的病因病机可归纳为"虚""瘀""热",属本虚标实之证,临床诊治以"补肾健脾养膜、清热活血化瘀"为法,辨治特点主要为:驱邪与扶正相结合;经后期滋肾补血养膜,暖宫助孕;中医药膳相辅相成;中西结合各取所长;内服外用相得益彰;心理疏导,身心同调。
This article mainly summarizes professor Lei Lei's experience in treating intrauterine adhesion from the three aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, treatment methods, treatment characteristics. Professor Lei Lei believed that the the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease can be summarized as "Xu"( 虚) "Yu"( 瘀) "Re"( 热), and it belongs to the Benxu Biaoshi type( 本虚标实证). "Bushen Jianpi Yangmo( 补肾健脾养膜), Qingre Huoxue Huayu( 清热活血化瘀)" is the therapeutic principle in clinic. The characteristics of treatment are : the combination of Quxie( 驱邪) and Fuzheng( 扶正); in the later period of menstruation, Zishen Buxue Yangmo( 滋肾补血养膜), Nuangong Zhuyun( 暖宫助孕); complementing TCM and diet; combining TCM and western medicine with each other; complementing both internal and external use; psychological counseling, physical and mental harmony.
