新中国成立以来党内巡视制度的历史嬗变与启示

摘要
新中国成立以来党内巡视制度经历了继承与初步发展、挫折与重新恢复、规范与不断完善、深化与系统构建四个阶段的发展,呈现出了诸多鲜明特征。巡视制度是党内监督的重要法宝,坚持从严治党的重要原则,体现了民主监督的独特优势,彰显了与时俱进的时代品质。在新中国成立70周年的重要历史节点,系统梳理党内巡视制度的历史发展脉络,深刻把握巡视制度的鲜明历史特征,科学前瞻地凝炼巡视制度的历史经验启示,具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Since the founding of the People's Republic of China, the inspection system has undergone four stages of development: inheritance and preliminary development, setback and recovery, standardization and continuous improvement, deepening and system construction, showing many distinct features. Inspection system is an important magic weapon of inner-party supervision, adhering to the important principle of strictly governing the Party, reflecting the unique advantages of democratic supervision and demonstrating the quality of the times. On the basis of systematically sorting out the development process of the inspection system within the Party, this paper puts forward some experiences and Enlightenments for the development of the inspection system at present and in the future.
