摘要
阐述线束开发验证过程,主要包括负载测试、短路测试和失效测试。负载测试主要测试各电器件在各种工况下单负载工作和全负载工作的电参数,验证线束设计中的导线选型、保险选型等是否合理;作用是在整车环境下进行,避免单件单负载测试的参数受不准确因素影响,对原有的设计进行完善和修正,同时全负载测试也避免了单负载简单叠加后产生的设计余量过大的情况,有非常重要的意义。短路测试主要验证导线和保险之间的匹配情况,目前的导线和保险之间的匹配都是基于理论工程参数进行,但实际产品由于参数的偏差等因素叠加会导致实际不匹配的情况,对导线和保险进行人为短路模拟测试,可以有效验证设计的精确性,修正设计。失效测试主要验证在保险和接地失效的情况下整车线束的安全情况。该测试研究有效保证即使在常见的异常故障模式下线束的安全,使得设计更加合理。
        The process of harness development and verification was described. It mainly includes load test, short circuit test and failure test.The load test mainly tests the electrical parameters of each electrical component working under single load and full load under various working conditions to verify the rationality of wire harness design, such as wire type selection and insurance type selection.The function is to carry out in the vehicle environment, to avoid the inaccurate parameters of single load test affecting the design, to improve and modify the original design, and to avoid full load testing. It is very important that the design margin is too large after simple overlay of single load. The short circuit test mainly verifies the matching between conductor and insurance.The current matching between conductor and insurance is based on theoretical engineering parameters, but the actual product will lead to actual mismatching due to the deviation of parameters and other factors. The artificial short circuit simulation test of conductor and insurance can effectively verify the accuracy of the design and modify the design. The failure test mainly verifies the safety of the whole vehicle harness in the case of insurance and ground failure. The research can effectively ensure the safety of the harness even under the common abnormal fault mode, making the design more reasonable.
