冠脉CTA与冠脉造影诊断冠心病的对照观察

摘要
目的研究冠心病采用冠脉CTA检查与冠脉造影检查对诊断的影响和效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月本院确诊的冠心病患者400例,所有患者均接受冠脉CTA检查与造影检查,比较两组检查结果的差异性。结果 400例确诊冠心病患者中,左冠脉主血管病变患者99例,占比24.75%;左前降血管病变患者116例,占比29.00%;左回旋血管病变患者87例,占比21.75%;右冠脉病变患者98例,占比24.50%。冠脉造影检查与冠脉CTA检查在左冠脉主血管、左前降血管、左回旋血管、右冠脉等冠心病检出比例比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论冠脉CTA检查形式安全性较高,与造影检查相比,CTA应用更灵活且准确率有所保障。
Objective To study the effect of coronary CTA and coronary angiography on diagnosis of coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods A total of 400 CHD patiengs diagnosed in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected,and coronary CTA examinations and angiography examinations were both performed. The results of the two kinds of examinations were compared. Results Among the 400 patients diagnosed with coronary heart disease,99 had left coronary artery main vascular disease,accounting for 24.75%. There were 116 patients with left anterior descending vasculopathy,accounting for 29.00%. There were 87 cases of left cycloidal angiopathy,accounting for21.75%. There were 98 cases of right coronary artery disease,accounting for 24.50%. There was no significant difference in the proportion of CHD detected by coronary angiography and coronary CTA(P>0.05). Conclusion CTA is more reliable in the form of coronary artery examination. Compared with contrast examination,the application of CTA is more flexible and the accuracy is guaranteed.
