摘要
为筛选抗黄萎病茄子种质资源、对比野生茄或近缘野生茄与栽培茄对黄萎病抗性水平是否存在差异,利用苗期人工接种技术对15份野生或近缘野生茄和285份栽培茄种质资源的抗黄萎病性进行鉴定。结果共筛选获得抗病材料11份,占种质资源比例为3.67%,表明茄子种质资源整体对黄萎病抗性水平较差。野生或近缘野生茄资源中有10份材料表现抗病,占野生或近缘野生茄资源比例为66.67%,表明野生或近缘野生茄对黄萎病整体抗性较好。栽培茄资源中有1份材料表现抗病,占栽培茄资源比例为0.35%,表明栽培茄对黄萎病整体抗性较差。野生或近缘野生茄和栽培茄中抗性种质资源占所有鉴定材料的比例分别为3.33%和0.33%,表明野生或近缘野生茄对黄萎病的抗性水平远高于栽培茄。
        To screen germplasm resources resistant to Verticillium wilt,and compare the difference in resis?tance to Verticillium wilt between wild eggplant or its wild relatives and cultivated eggplant,the resistance to Verticillium wilt of 15 wild eggplant or its wild relatives and 285 cultivated eggplant germplasm resources were identified using the artificial inoculation technique at the seedling stage.As a result,a total of 11 resistant mate?rials were screened,which accounted for 3.67% of the germplasm resources,indicating that the germplasm re?sources of eggplant had poor overall resistance to Verticillium wilt.10 wild eggplants or their wild relatives showed resistance to the disease,accounting for 66.67% of the wild eggplants or its wild relatives,indicating that the wild eggplants or its wild relatives had better overall resistance to Verticillium wilt.1 cultivated eggplant material showed resistance to the disease,accounting for 0.35% of the cultivated eggplant resources,indicating that cultivated eggplant had a poor overall resistance to Verticillium wilt.The percentages of resistant germplasm resources in wild eggplants or their wild relatives and cultivated eggplants were 3.33% and 0.33%,respectively,indicating that the resistance level of wild eggplants or their wild relatives to Verticillium wilt was much higher than that of cultivated eggplants.
