摘要
本文以实验验证的热泵式溶液调湿装置模拟仿真平台为基础,对不同结构形式的溶液调湿装置的空气处理过程及机组性能进行了分析,提出热泵式溶液调湿装置的优化原则:最佳的结构流程须使各级单元模块的换热量与其换热面积相匹配。如果满足匹配的结构流程不止一个,则应优先选择全热回收单元所处理的冷量占总冷量的比例较高的结构流程。
Based on the simulated simulation platform of the heat pump solution humidity control device which is verified by the experiment, the air treatment process and the performance of the unit in different structure forms are analyzed.The optimization principle of the heat pump type solution humidity control device is put forward: The optimal structure process must match the heat exchange of the modules at all levels and the heat exchange area. If more than one of the matched structural processes is satisfied, the structure process of the total cooling capacity of the total heat recovery unit should be selected as a higher proportion of the total cooling capacity.
