城市步行与自行车绿色交通系统规划建设研究——以厦门岛为例

摘要
随着城市化进程的不断加深,国民汽车保有量不断上升。城市交通建设主要集中在车行道路、地铁等大型交通设施方面。论文基于厦门市出行结构的分析,以及城市步行及自行车交通设施现状,提出作为全国著名的风景旅游城市的厦门,城市步行与自行车绿色交通系统规划建设战略定位与总体布局,重点是建设高效率的公交运输体系,适度的控制机动车发展;协调城市发展的骨干运输网络系统;建立完善的现代化交通管理体系,提高道路交通系统运行效率。步行和自行车交通是构建低碳环保、健康快捷的城市绿色交通体系的重要内容,对打造"宜居城市"和"健康城市"具有重要意义。规划建设良好的步行和自行车绿色交通系统,对优化完善城市综合交通环境,提升城市吸引力具有重要的意义。
With the development of urbanization process,the number of national car continues to rise. Urban traffic construction is mainly concentrated in large-scale transportation facilities such as roads and subways. Based on the analysis of Xiamen's travel mode and the status quo of urban walking and bicycle transportation facilities,the paper proposes the strategic positioning and overall layout of urban pedestrian and bicycle green transportation system. As the famous scenic tourist city in China,Xiamen needs to focus on building high efficiency of the bus transportation system,balanced control of motor vehicle development; coordination of the backbone transportation network system for urban development; establishment of a sound modern transportation management system to improve the operational efficiency of the road traffic system. Walking and bicycle transportation are important contents for building a low-carbon,environmentally friendly,healthy and fast urban green transportation system,which is of great significance for building a "livable city"and a "healthy city". Planning and building a good pedestrian and bicycle green transportation system is of great significance for optimizing and improving the city's comprehensive traffic environment and enhancing the city's attractiveness.
