摘要
介绍了N-苯基马来酰亚胺(N-PMI)的生产现状,综述了强酸催化脱水法、锌或锡类化合物催化脱水法、醋酸酐吸水法等现有N-PMI的合成工艺及其特点,在对比分析合成工艺优缺点的基础上,提出负载催化共沸脱水新工艺将是今后的探索方向。
The production status of N-phenyl male imide(N-PMI) was introduced. The synthesis process and characteristics of existing N-PMI, such as by strong acid catalytic dehydration method, zinc or tin compound catalytic dehydration method and acetic anhydride water absorption method were reviewed. Based on the comparative analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the synthesis process, it is proposed that the new process of the catalytic azeotropic dehydration will be the future direction of exploration.
