摘要
通过DTPA五钠盐合成方法,提出一种新的合成工艺,并研究了温度、p H等条件对产物收率的影响,找到了优化控制条件,大幅提高了收率。在提纯过程中采用了电渗析和纳滤相结合的手段,提高收率降低损耗。
In this paper, the synthetic method of sodium diethylene triamine pentacetate( DTPA)was studied, and an improved method was proposed. The effects of temperature, pH and other conditions on the yield of the product were evaluated. The optimal control conditions were derived from the results,and the yield was greatly improved. During the purification process, the combination of electrodialysis and nanofiltration was adopted to increase the yield and to reduce the loss.
