摘要
青稞作为极端生态环境下进化的典型代表,其分子生物学方面的研究受到了广泛关注。本研究从四个方面综述了近年来有关青稞分子生物学方面的研究进展,包括青稞的遗传多样性分析、青稞的基因组和蛋白质组学研究、青稞次生代谢相关基因的分析以及对青稞最主要的营养成分β-葡聚糖的分解和合成过程的探讨。最后讨论了目前青稞分子生物学研究的不足,并对未来研究工作应关注的方向进行了展望。
        Tibetan hulless barley, as a typical representative of evolution in extreme ecological environment, has attracted extensive attention in the field of molecular biology. In this review, we presented four aspects about the recent progress in molecular biology of Tibetan hulless barley, including, genetic diversity analysis of Tibetan hulless barley, genome and proteomics analysis, analysis of the genes related to the secondary metabolism of Tibetan hulless barley and discussion on the decomposition and synthesis of the main nutritional component β-glucan in Tibetan hulless barley. Finally, the shortcomings of molecular biology of Tibetan hulless barley were discussed,and the future research directions were prospected.
