摘要
针对"三下"压矿的开采问题,阐述了提高开采回采率的必要性和可行性。类比隧道巷道掘进应力分布特征,提出了简化的条带法和房柱法开采沉降计算公式;路基下压矿体因保守设计等原因造成资源浪费,建议当深厚比较大、辅以条带房柱法开采、矿层顶板力学性能较好时,可加大下压矿开采。淄博某黏土矿上存路基,压矿量大,采用条带法开采和垂直留设法设计,利用ABAQUS和FLAC~(3D)论证方案的合理性,验证了沉降计算公式。
According to the ore mining problem in the case of three pressure situation,the necessity and feasibility of improving mining recovery rate are expounded. By analogy to the tunnel drivage stress distribution characteristics,a simplified strip method and room-and-pillar method mining subsidence calculation formula are proposed.Because of the conservative design and some other reasons,a certain degree waste of resources are caused. When the depth is quite large and supplemented by banding room and pillar mining method as well as the mechanical properties of bed top is good,the exploit of pressed ore can be increased. The clay mine project in Zibo has a large roadbed pressure ore,the vertical setting method and the strip method mining plan is proposed. By means of ABAQUS and FLAC3 D,the rationality of the scheme is demonstrated,the settlement calculation formula is verified.
