摘要
成贵铁路贵州鸭池河特大桥主桥为主跨436m的中承式钢桁-混凝土结合拱桥,提篮式拱肋与铅垂面夹角为4.62°。针对该桥结构特点和桥址处地质条件,主拱肋采用分节段工厂制造,将单元件运至岸边预拼场内,在预拼场内组拼成节段,利用大型缆索吊机,采用扣挂法悬臂拼装。其中,主桥拱肋首节段利用塔吊进行散件拼装,散拼顺序为先下后上、先内后外;拱肋标准节段在弧形胎架上进行精确组拼,采用吊重480t、跨度460m的大型缆索吊机吊装,并利用斜拉扣挂系统进行辅助安装;合龙段采用连续观测、精确配切等技术进行合龙施工;拱肋外包混凝土采用"吊挂支架法"施工。该桥已顺利合龙,且合龙精度在±2mm内,满足设计要求。
        The main bridge of Guizhou Yachi River Bridge on Chengdu-Guiyang Railway is a half-through steel truss and concrete composite arch bridge with a main span of 436 m.The main arch rib of the bridge is the basket-handle arch rib and the angle included between the arch rib and the vertical plane is 4.62°.In the light of the structural characteristics of the bridge and the geologic conditions at the bridge site,the arch rib was firstly fabricated in smaller segments in the workshop,the segments of the arch rib were then transported to the assembling yard at the river bank,were assembled into the larger segments and were finally cantileveredly erected at the bridge site,using the large cable crane aided by the fastening stay method.In the assembling,the first segment of the arch rib was assembled piece by piece,using the tower crane and the sequence was that the upper parts of the segment were assembled first and the lower parts were then,the inner sides were assembled first and the outer sides were then.The standard segments of the arch rib were precisely assembled on the arc shape jigs and were erected,using the cable carne having the lifting capacity of 480 tand span length of 460 m with the aid of the fastening stay system.The closure segment was erected by the techniques of the continuous observation and precise match cutting and the construction of encasing the arch rib with the concrete was carried out,using the hanging scaffolding method.Presently,the bridge has been smoothly closed,the closure precision is within ±2mm and satisfies the design requirements.
