广西桂林市少数民族大学生艾滋病知信行研究

摘要
目的分析广西桂林市高校少数民族大学生对艾滋病的认知、态度与行为现状及影响因素。方法采用分层整群抽样的方法,编制调查问卷并对少数民族大学生进行现场调查,使用Epi Data3.1和SPSS17.0等软件进行数据录入与统计分析。结果共调查1 085名大学生,其中少数民族350名。少数民族大学生对艾滋病的认知、态度、行为及整体的及格率分别为74.63%、43.66%、45.43%、56.34%。logistic回归结果显示,理工类高校、中学未接受过健康教育是少数民族大学生艾滋病知信行的危险因素。认知因素对态度和行为,态度因素对行为均有重要影响,其OR值(95%CI)分别为2.63(1.56~4.58)、2.12(1.19~3.79)、2.20(1.38~3.50);家庭教育是少数民族大学生艾滋病防治知识影响因素。结论少数民族大学生在艾滋病防治方面的健康教育,尤其是态度与行为方面亟需加强;应逐步建立连续、系统、规范的学校艾滋病健康教育体系,充分发挥社会、高校与家庭的积极作用;重点加强理工类高校大学生的艾滋病健康教育。
        Objective To analyze the status and influencing factors of knowledge,attitude and practice( KAP) about AIDS of national minority college students in Guilin,Guangxi. Methods Stratified cluster sampling method was used to investigate the national minority college students through the questionnaire self-designed. The data was inputted and analyzed through Epidata3. 1 and SPSS17. 0. Results 1 085 college students including 350 national minority students were investigated. The passing rates for knowledge,attitude,and practice of national minority college students were 74. 63%,43. 66%,and 45. 43%,respectively. The whole passing rate was 56. 34%. Logistic regression analysis showed that the lack of health education in science,engineering colleges and middle schools was a risk factor for knowledge,attitude and practice of AIDS among minority college students. The knowledge had an important influence on attitude and behavior,and the attitude had an important influence on behavior. The OR values( 95% CI) were 2. 63( 1. 56 ~ 4. 58),2. 12( 1. 19 ~ 3. 79),and 2. 20( 1. 38 ~ 3. 50),respectively.Family education was one of the influencing factors of KAP about AIDS. Conclusion Health education of national minority college students in AIDS prevention and control should be strengthened,especially the attitude and behavior. A continuous,systematic and standardized system of health education of AIDS at school should be established gradually. It is important to give full play to the positive role of society,college and family. Health education of AIDS for college students majoring in science and engineering should be strengthened.
