摘要
石墨提纯主要有浮选法、碱酸法、氢氟酸法、氯化焙烧法、高温焙烧法。浮选法获得的产品品位较低,只适用于初步提纯。碱酸法、氢氟酸法、氯化焙烧法是通过化学方法,在浮选的基础之上进一步提纯,能使石墨矿的品位达到90%以上。高温焙烧法的提纯效果最好,但成本最高,对原料的要求也比较苛刻。本文概述了石墨的分类、性质及用途,对比了几种提纯石墨的方法,并简要概括了其优缺点。
        Graphite purification mainly includes flotation method, alkali acid method, hydrofluoric acid method, chlorination roasting method and high temperature roasting method. The product obtained by flotation has a low grade and is only suitable for initial purification. The alkali acid method, the hydrofluoric acid method, and the chlorination roasting method are further purified by a chemical method on the basis of flotation, and the grade of the graphite ore can be made 90% or more. The high-temperature roasting method has the best purification effect, but the cost is the highest, and the requirements for raw materials are also harsh.This paper summarized the classification, properties and uses of graphite, compared several methods for purifying graphite, and briefly summarized its advantages and disadvantages.
