摘要
目的:探讨同源异型盒基因-5(HOXA5)、细胞分裂周期蛋白-6(CDC6)蛋白表达水平与乳腺癌患者组织学分级的关联性。方法:选取乳腺癌患者119例与癌前病变119例患者为研究对象。所有乳腺癌患者均采取手术治疗,并于术中切取病变组织,用免疫组化法测定HOXA5及CDC6阳性表达情况。统计乳腺癌组与癌前病变组、乳腺癌组不同组织分化程度患者间HOXA5及CDC6阳性表达情况。结果:与癌前病变组比较,乳腺癌组CDC6(74.79%vs 19.33%,P<0.05))和HOXA5(68.07%vs 26.05%,P<0.05)阳性表达率显著增加;不同组织分化程度乳腺癌患者间HOXA5及CDC6阳性表达率存在显著差异(P<0.05),且高分化患者CDC6阳性率(53.85%)低于中分化(79.59%)及低分化患者(93.55%),高分化患者HOXA5阳性率(51.28%)低于低分化患者(87.10%)(P<0.05)。结论:乳腺癌患者肿瘤组织中HOXA5及CDC6过表达与乳腺癌组织学分级密切相关。
        Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression levels of homeobox gene-5(HOXA5)and cell division cyclin-6(CDC6)and histological grade in breast cancer patients.Methods:119breast cancer patients and 119 patients with precancerous lesions were selected as breast cancer patients.All patients with breast cancer were treated with surgery,and the diseased tissue was harvested during operation.The positive expression of HOXA5 and CDC6was determined by immunohistochemistry.The positive expressions of HOXA5 and CDC6in patients with different degrees of tissue differentiation in breast cancer group and precancerous lesion group and breast cancer group were analyzed.Results:The positive expression rates of CDC6(74.79%)and HOXA5(68.07%)in breast cancer group were significantly higher than those in precancerous lesions(19.33%,26.05%)(P<0.05).HOXA5 and CDC6were positive among breast cancer patients with different degrees of tissue differentiation.There was a significant difference in expression rate(P<0.05),and the positive rate of CDC6 in highly differentiated patients(53.85%)was lower than that in moderate differentiation(79.59%)and poorly differentiated(93.55%).The positive rate of HOXA5 in highly differentiated patients(51.28%)was lower than that in poor differentiation(87.10%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overexpression of HOXA5 and CDC6in breast cancer patients is closely related to the histological grade of breast cancer.
