摘要
胞壁酸是细菌细胞壁肽聚糖的组成成分,也是原核微生物细胞的生物标志化合物,常作为检测食品、空气、组织等细菌含量的重要指标。胞壁酸在临床医学、免疫佐剂活性、与植物凝集素的相互作用、睡眠促进因子等方面具有重要的生理功能。胞壁酸含量的检测方法多种多样,目前文献报道的方法有薄层层析法(TLC)、分光光度法、高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)、自动氨基酸分析法、高效毛细管电泳法等,可根据样品处理方法的不同,以及试验条件的不同选用适当的检测方法。本文概述了胞壁酸的理化性质、生理功能应用和检测方法。
        Muramic acid, the component of bacterial cell wall peptidoglycan, is the biomarker compounds of procaryote microbiology cell. It is often used as an important indicator for the bacteria content in food, air, and tissues. It has important physiological functions in clinical medicine, immune adjuvant activity, interaction with plant lectins, sleeppromoting factor and so on. The detection methods of muramic acid content are various. The main determination methods for muramic acid include thin-layer chromatography(TLC), spectrophotometry, high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC), gas chromatography-mass spectrography(GC-MS), automatic amino acid analysis, and high performance capillary electrophoresis. The detection methods could be selected according to the sample treatments and experimental conditions. In this review, the physical and chemical properties, physiological application, and detection methods for muramic acid were summarized.
