职教集团背景下现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

摘要
为进一步深化校企合作、产教融合,提升技术技能型人才培养质量,深入分析了职教集团背景下现代学徒制人才培养模式的内涵、实践进展以及存在的突出问题,并提出了解决策略,例如:开拓职教集团背景下现代学徒制人才培养的新格局,提高学生和教师参与现代学徒制的积极性;制定和完善现代学徒制相关法律法规;构建"引企入校"等多种现代学徒制人才培养模式以及建立"校企互动、双师共导"的师资队伍等。为我省高等职业院校实施现代学徒制提供了有益参考.
In order to further deepen school-enterprise cooperation,the integration of industry and education,and improve the quality of technical talents training,this paper analyzes the connotation,practical progress and outstanding problems of the modern apprenticeship talent training mode under the background of vocational education group,and proposes corresponding strategies,such as to exploit the new pattern of modern apprenticeship talent training,thus improve the enthusiasm of students and teachers to participate in the modern apprenticeship;to formulate and improve relevant laws and regulations on modern apprenticeship;as well as to construct various modern apprenticeship talent training modes such as ″introducing enterprises to schools″ and the establishment of the teacher team of ″school-enterprise interaction and double teacher guidance″,which provide useful reference for higher vocational colleges in our province to implement the modern apprenticeship system.
