燥湿苦参汤联合放血拔罐治疗银屑病的效果分析

摘要
目的:探讨燥湿苦参汤联合放血拔罐治疗银屑病的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年10月——2017年10月本院治疗的110例银屑病患者随机分组,对照组患者给予地奈德软膏治疗,试验组患者给予燥湿苦参汤辅助放血拔罐治疗,观察比较两组患者PASI评分、DLQI评分和瘙痒评分差异。结果:试验组患者PASI评分总有效率94.54%,较对照组80.00%明显提高(P<0.05);治疗后13周DLQI评分(4.91±1.95)分,治疗17周DLQI评分(3.75±1.03)分较对照组明显改善(P<0.05);治疗后4周瘙痒评分(1.89±0.95)分,和治疗5周瘙痒评分(1.67±0.87)分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针对银屑病患者应用燥湿苦参汤联合放血拔罐治疗可提高治疗效果,改善生活质量和瘙痒症状,促进患者康复,值得推广应用。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of thoracoscopic radical resection of lung cancer in the treatment of NSCLC.Methods:A total of 110 psoriasis patients from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group were treated with Tacrolimus Ointment treatment and experimental group were treated with Zaoshi Kushen Decoction assisted dampness bloodletting cupping therapy.Patients′ PASI values were compared between the two groups to observe the score,DLQI score and scores of pruritus.Results:The test group′s PASI score total effective rate was 94.54% which was significantly higher than the control group′s 80%(P<0.05).After 13 weeks treatment,DLQI score was(4.91±1.95) points;after 17 weeks treatment,DLQI score was(3.75±1.03) points,significantly improved than those of the control group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks treatment,the pruritus score was(1.89±0.95) points and after 5 weeks treatment,pruritus score was(1.67±0.87)points,which were significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bloodletting cupping treatment of psoriasis combined with Zaoshi Kushen Decoction can improve the therapeutic effect,improve the life quality and symptoms of itching,promote the rehabilitation of patients,worthy of popularization and application.
