消肿散联合按摩治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎肿块期疗效研究
摘要
目的:探讨消肿散联合手法按摩治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎肿块期的临床疗效以及应用价值。方法:随机选取182例肉芽肿性乳腺炎患者,采取随机数字表法将所有患者分为对照组和观察组,各91例。对照组患者口服甲强龙进行治疗,观察组患者采取消肿散联合手法按摩进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者治疗总有效率比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者肿块最大直径和肿块质地评分与对照组患者比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后CRP、IL-2、IL-4水平明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前疼痛评分与对照组患者无统计学差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后评分明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消肿散联合手法按摩治疗肉芽肿性乳腺炎肿块期的临床疗效较佳,并且可有效改善患者炎症反应。
