摘要
对武钢4号高炉中修过程中热风管道内衬的粘接物进行了调研分析,结果表明主管砖衬的粘接物的组成中含有Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、SiO_2、ZnO、MgO、CaO、K2O、Na_2O等成分,不同晶相与基质组成不同;粘接物的形成与高炉内回流的粉尘、碱金属、锌、硫化物、氯化物的蒸汽在砖衬表面凝结反应有关。粘接物的增加,尤其是碱金属、硫化物、氯化物的存在,会影响砖衬材料的高温性能。在热风管系的耐火材料生产和设计中需要关注碱金属、硫化物和氯化物的影响因素。
        The adhesive materials on the lining of hot wind pipes of No.4 blast furnace of WISCO had been investigated and analyzed.Results show that the adhesive materials on the lining of main pipe are consisted of Al_2O_3、Fe_2O_3、SiO_2、ZnO、MgO、CaO、K_2O、Na2O and others,the compositions of different crystalline phases and bases are different.The formation of adhesive materials on the lining of hot wind pipes was related to the back-flow vapors by the volatilization of dust,alkali metal oxides,zinc,sulfide and chloride condensation which may be reacted with the lining of hot wind pipe.It is harmful to the attachment of adhesive materials on the lining,especially alkali metal oxides,sulfide and chloride which can influence the high-temperature properties of pipe's lining.The influence of alkali metal oxides,sulfide and chloride must be considered to the production and design of refractories for hot-air pipes.
