摘要
系统地介绍了轴向永磁联轴器的工作原理与特点。运用Ansoft软件初步分析联轴器的磁场强度和磁场矢量分布;根据等效磁荷理论建立轴向永磁联轴器的数学模型,通过大量的Matlab计算,分析联轴器关键参数(永磁体尺寸、磁偏角、磁极对数、气隙等)与转矩的关系,为设计提供依据。
This paper introduces the working principles and the advantages of the axial permanent magnet coupling systematically. Based on the equivalent magnetic charge theory, the mathematical model of the axial permanent magnet coupling is established using Ansoft software for analyzing the magnetic field strength and the magnetic flux density distribution of the coupling. The key parameters of the coupling(permanent magnet size, Magnetic declination, the number of magnetic poles, air gap, etc.)and the relationship between torque are analysed to provide the basis for the design.
