摘要
为了有效抑制轴向永磁电机的主要电磁力波,针对2类主要电磁力波来源不同的轴向永磁电机,通过解析的方法推导出可以有效削弱其主要电磁力波的定子齿辅助槽位置规律;将该辅助槽位置规律应用到16极24槽和30极27槽2款主要电磁力波来源不同的轴向永磁电机,分别分析了定子齿辅助槽宽度和深度对主要电磁力波的影响;通过有限元法计算了这2款轴向永磁电机在定子齿添加辅助槽前后的电磁噪声及转矩特性,结果表明,2款轴向永磁电机的主要电磁力波幅值分别下降了38%和76%,电磁噪声均降低了3dB以上,同时,电机输出性能的降幅在3%以内。
        To suppress the main electromagnetic force wave of an axial permanent magnet motor,the rule of stator tooth's auxiliary slot position is obtained analytically to attempt to weaken the main electromagnetic force wave effectively for two types of axial permanent magnet motor with different main electromagnetic force wave sources.Following the rule of auxiliary slot position on the 16-pole 24-slot or 30-pole 27-slot axial permanent magnet motor with different main electromagnetic force wave source,the effects of stator tooth auxiliary slot width and depth on the main electromagnetic force wave are analyzed respectively.The electromagnetic noise and torque characteristics of the two types of axial permanent magnet motor with stator tooth auxiliary slot are evaluated by finite element model,and the results show that the main electromagnetic force wave amplitudes of these motors are lowered by 38%and 76%respectively,and the electromagnetic noise is reduced by more than 3dB,meanwhile the output performance of the motors decreases by no more than 3%.
