基于地理信息的不动产登记信息管理系统设计与实现

摘要
文中以不动产"四统一"为原则,以ArcGIS for Server平台为基础,通过对不动产登记相关政策的研究,开发了不动产登记信息管理系统。实现了土地、房屋、草原、林地、海域等不动产在统一的系统进行登记,有效促进了不动产登记制度的顺利实施,为政府部门的不动产登记工作奠定了基础。
Based on the principle of "four unifications" of real estate, in this paper, based on the ArcGIS for Server platform the real estate registration information management system was developed by researching on the real estate registration related policies.The land, houses, grasslands, woodlands, sea areas and other real estates had been registered in a unified system, which effectively promoted the smooth implementation of the real estate registration system and laid the foundation for the registration of the real estate in government departments.
