中药提取物“域发生发液”促进小鼠毛发生长的研究

摘要
目的观察中药提取物"域发生发液"促进小鼠毛发生长的作用及其机制。方法小鼠随机分为5个组,外用"域发生发液",与外用"米诺地尔酊"及空白组做对照,观察小鼠毛发生长的进展,同时进行HE染色及免疫组化实验进一步说明其作用机制。结果治疗后第7天,空白组小鼠毛囊仍在静止期,其余4组小鼠毛囊明显提前进入生长期;治疗后第14天,空白组小鼠毛囊才进入生长期,对每组进入生长期的毛囊进行计数统计,每个治疗组与空白组间比较有统计学意义。在毛囊生长期检测到毛发生长相关通路蛋白β-catenin及Shh蛋白的特异性表达。结论 "域发生发液"通过使静止期毛发提前进入生长期,促进毛发生长。
