摘要

<正>1临床资料患者女,45岁。全身红斑1年,双手红斑水疱10天。1年前双下肢出现红斑,无瘙痒疼痛,皮疹迅速蔓延至四肢,伴有皮痛及关节痛,在当地反复予以药物静脉点滴治疗,病情逐渐好转。7个月前四肢再发红斑,伴有脱发,膝关节疼痛,前往本地附属医院就诊,予以皮肤病理及血液检查,病理结果未明确,查C3下降,ANA(+) 1∶1 000,考虑"红斑狼疮"予以"甲泼尼龙片8mg,3次/d"治疗,病情轻度好
