电导阵列探针测井仪评价机采井堵水效果的应用

摘要
大庆油田目前已进入高含水和特高含水开发阶段,油井含水过高容易造成注采井的无效循环、影响开发效果,急需对部分特高含水层位进行封堵。传统的阻抗式产出剖面测井仪含水率计受井筒流态等因素影响较大,测试结果可信度低。针对上述问题,讲述了电导阵列探针产出剖面测井仪工作原理及技术指标,论述了其在机采井堵水方案设计和效果评价上的应用。应用表明:电导阵列探针产出剖面测井仪含水率测试精度较高,对机采井进行堵水前应采用电导阵列探针产出剖面测井解释结果确定堵水目的层位。进行机械堵水的机采井宜用井口量油法确定堵水后产液量和含水率;进行化学堵水的机采井应再次进行产出剖面测试以评价堵水效果。
        Daqing Oilfield has entered the stage of high water cut and extra high water cut development. The high water content of the oil well is easy to cause the ineffective circulation of the injection and production wells, which affects the development effect. So it is urgent to shut off some extra high aquifers. The traditional impedance pattern probe production profile logging instrument is greatly affected by factors such as the wellbore flow state, and the test results have low credibility. In view of the above problems, the working principle and technical indicators of the conductivity array needle probe production profile logging instrument are described, and its application in scheme design and the effect evaluation of the water shutoff of the mechanical production wells are discussed. The application shows that the accuracy of moisture content test of the conductive array needle probe production profile logging instrument is relatively high. Before the water shutoff of the machine production well, the conductive array needle probe production profile logging interpretation results should be used to determine the water shutoff target horizon. For mechanical oil production wells, it is advisable to use the wellhead oil method to determine the liquid production and water content after mechanical water shutoff. The mechanical production wells for chemical water shutoff should be tested again to determine the water shutoff effect.
