尿素硝铵溶液对胶东卫矛生长特性及保护酶活性的影响

摘要
通过对比分析尿素硝铵溶液和尿素对胶东卫矛生长及保护酶活性的影响规律,以期为育苗实践中科学合理施肥提供理论依据。试验在田间条件下,设置不施肥(X1)、尿素(X2)、尿素溶液(X3)、尿素硝铵溶液(X4)4个处理,3次重复。结果表明:株高X4比X2、X3提高了6.12%、16.26%;叶片含水量X4在5-9月分别比X2提高了3.84%、7.81%、4.02%、4.63%、8.87%,无显著差异;SOD活性X4在7-9月份显著高于X2,8-9月显著高于X3;POD活性X4在8月份比X2提高了19.90%,差异显著,其余月份不同施肥处理之间无显著差异。综合分析认为,X4对促进胶东卫矛生长和提高保护酶活性效果优于尿素处理。
        In order to study the effect of urea ammonium nitrate solution and urea on Euonymus kiautschovicus Loes. growth characteristics and protective enzyme activities, then it what to provide theoretical basisfor scientific and rational fertilization when in practice of seedling raising.The test was under field conditions, and then set 4 treatment as no fertilizer(X1), urea(X2), urea solution(X3) and urea ammonium nitrate solution(X4),repeat 3 times.The results showed that: the plant height which X4 treatment was higher than X2,X3 as 6.12%,16.26%; leaf water contentwhich X4 treatment was higher than X2 as 3.84%,7.81%,4.02%,4.63%,8.87% when in May to September and then it was no significant difference;SOD activitywhich X4 was significantly higher thanX2 when in July to September, at the same times, it was significantly higher than X3 when in August to September;POD activity which X4 was higher than X2 as 19.90% and then it was have significantly different when in August, and there was no significant difference between different fertilization treatments in other months.According to the comprehensive analysis, X4 was better than urea treatment on promoting growth and protective enzyme activities.
