摘要
目的:探讨青少年手机依赖者生活事件、心理健康和学业倦怠的关系。方法:采用手机依赖指数量表、青少年生活事件量表、青少年学业倦怠问卷和SCL-90,对1191名青少年进行测查。结果:①青少年手机依赖者与非手机依赖者在生活事件、学业倦怠和心理健康上存在显著差异,且手机依赖者各变量得分显著高于非手机依赖者;②生活事件、学业倦怠与心理健康三个量表得分之间呈显著正相关;③学业倦怠在生活事件和心理健康间起部分中介作用。结论:生活事件既可以直接作用于青少年手机依赖者的心理健康,也可以通过学业倦怠间接作用于其心理健康。
Objective: The current study aimed to explore the relationship of life events, mental health and academic burnout in adolescents with mobile phone dependence. Methods: Mobile Phone Addiction Index(MPAI), Adolescent SelfRating Life Events Checklist(ASLEC), Adolescent Academic Burnout Inventory and Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) have been applied to 1191 adolescents. Results: ①There were significant differences between adolescents with mobile phone dependent and those without phone dependent in the aspects of life events, academic burnout and mental health. ②The score of mental health was positively correlated with life events and academic burnout. ③Academic burnout served as a mediator between life events and mental health. Conclusion: In adolescents with mobile phone dependent, life events only directly affects the mental health, but also indirectly affects their mental health through academic burnout.
