摘要
从食品安全的角度出发,主要介绍了乳品中常见有害微生物,乳品中有害微生物的检测技术,并对检测技术的发展方向进行了展望。
        This paper mainly introduces common harmful microorganisms in dairy products,the detection techniques of harmful microorganisms in dairy products, and prospects the development direction of the detection technology.
