摘要
为提高智能咨询服务高效处理复杂咨询问题的能力,文章构建了基于数据耕耘的智能咨询服务过程模型。该模型将数据耕耘方法的典型迭代过程应用于智能咨询体系框架中,细化了人机接口模块、咨询处理模块和知识管理模块的功能与流程。基于数据耕耘的智能咨询处理过程能够结合数学解析和知识推理的优势,在种植大量多元化数据的基础上,探寻最优的咨询方案,提高用户对智能咨询服务的满意度。
        In order to improve the ability of intelligent consulting service to deal with complex consulting problems efficiently,this paper constructs a process model of intelligent consulting service based on data farming.The model applies the typical iterative process of the data farming to the framework of the intelligent consulting system,and refines the functions and processes of human-computer interaction module,consulting processing module and knowledge management module.The intelligent consulting process based on data farming can combine the advantages of mathematical analysis and knowledge reasoning,explore the optimal consulting solutions on the basis of planting a large number of diversified data,and improve user satisfaction with intelligence consulting services.
