党参多糖和黄芪多糖对鸡球虫疫苗免疫增强作用的研究

摘要
为研究党参多糖(codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides,CPP)和黄芪多糖(astragalus polysaccharides,APS)对鸡球虫四价五株早熟弱毒活疫苗的免疫增强作用,采用免疫攻虫试验,对添加和不添加CPP和APS的鸡球虫疫苗免疫攻虫鸡的增重和免疫效果进行比较。结果表明:二次免疫后,添加CPP和APS免疫组鸡的相对增重率均高于不加药组;中剂量CPP和高剂量APS(25.0 mg/L和14.4 mg/L,T6组)在攻虫后相对增重率(95.85%)大于不加药免疫组,相比其余加药免疫组最高;T6组在三个肠段的病变记分中均最低,盲肠病变记分显著低于不加药免疫组(P<0.05),但在十二指肠的病变记分和空肠的病变记分相比不加药免疫组差异不显著(P>0.05);T6组三个肠段的病变记分减少率最高,分别为十二指肠83.87%、空肠86.36%和盲肠80.00%。说明中剂量CPP和高剂量APS可以缓解鸡球虫疫苗免疫对鸡增重的不良影响,提高鸡球虫疫苗的免疫效果。
        The aim of the present study was to investigate the immune enhancement effect of codonopsis pilosula polysaccharides( CPP) and astragalus polysaccharides( APS) on five strains of eimeria quadrivalence immune synergism precocious vaccine. Chicken coccidiosis vaccine with or without CPP and APS was used to immunize the chicks. Then the weight gain and immune effect of the challenged chickens were compared by using the immune challenge test. The results showed that the relative weight gain rate of chickens immunized with CPP and APS was higher than that of the control group after secondary immunization. The relative weight gain rate( RWR) of middle dose CPP and high dose APS( T6)group was 95. 85%,which was higher than that of the control group,and was the highest compared with the other groups. The lesion score of T6 group was the lowest among the three intestinal segments,and the score of caecum lesion was significantly lower than that of the control group( P<0. 05),but the score of duodenal lesion and jejunal lesion was not significantly different from that of the control group( P>0. 05). In the T6 group,the lesion score reduction rate of the three intestinal segments was the highest( 83. 87% in duodenum,86. 36% in jejunum and80. 00% in cecum). The results indicated that middle dose CPP and high dose APS could alleviate the adverse effect of chicken coccidiosis vaccine immunization on chicken weight gain and improve the immune effect of chicken coccidiosis vaccine.
