摘要
许多零件电镀和电铸失败可以归于镀层压应力或拉应力过高。因为镀层内应力过高破坏了零件防腐保护层物质,会导致零件出现裂纹、孔扩、镀层剥落、疲劳强度降低、起泡、变形等问题。螺旋收缩仪能快速测试电镀层中应力的大小、方向。通过定期检测电镀层,进行必要的调试以避免因产品不合格造成的严重浪费。
        The failure of electroplating and electrotorming of many parts can be attributed to the high compressive stress or tensile of the coating. Due to the high internal stress of the coating, the corrosion protection layer material is destroyed, resulting in cracks, hole expansion, coating exfoliation, fatigue strength reduction, foaming, deformation and so on. The spiral contractometer can quickly test the electroplating solution. Through regular testing of the plating bath, the necessary debugging is carried out to avoid serious waste that caused by the disqualification of the product.
