摘要
从系统主体和乘客感知两个方面出发,根据快速公交的特点,对快速公交可靠性进行分析,并依此建立了以快速公交线路可靠性为目标,系统主体可靠性和乘客感知可靠性为准则,到站准点可靠度、换乘可靠度、线路容量可靠度、行程时间可靠度、出行费用可靠度及乘客服务可靠度为指标的快速公交线路可靠性的3层评价体系.将熵权算法和模糊综合评价方法相结合,对快速公交线路的可靠性作出评价.利用该方法对杭州快速公交一号线进行线路评价,证明了该评价方法的客观、合理性.
        According to the characteristics of the bus rapid transit,the bus rapid transit reliability was analyzed from two aspects of system main body and passengers' perception,the rapid transit lines reliability under three layers evaluation system was set up,with rapid bus line reliability as the goal,system subject reliability and passengers perception reliability for standards,reliability of arriving station on schedule,reliability of change,reliability of the lines capacity and reliability of the travel time,reliability of travel costs,reliability of the passenger service as index.The entropy weight algorithm is combined with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,scientific evaluation was made for the reliability of bus rapid transit.Finally the method of evaluation was used to bus rapid transit line 1 of Hangzhou,and was proved the objective rationality of it.
