摘要
针对传统旋转高频注入信号解调存在位置辨识精度低、动态性能差的问题,提出了一种改进的位置检测算法,即使用d轴高频电流信号解调q轴电流信号得到位置误差信息,通过延时信号消除法(DSC)滤除高频信号,最后通过锁相环(PLL)提取转子实际位置。相比传统解调算法,改进算法能够削弱系统延时、滤波器等对位置估计的影响,更精确和快速地辨识出转子的真实位置,保证了电机稳定可靠运行。最后通过实验对比分析了两种解调算法,验证了算法的可行性和优越性。
        Aiming at the problem that the traditional rotary high-frequency injection signal demodulation has low position identification accuracy and poor dynamic performance,an improved position detection algorithm is proposed,which uses the d-axis high-frequency current signal to demodulate the q-axis current signal to obtain position error information.The method of extracting the high frequency signal by the delayed signal cancellation method(DSC)by the delayed signal cancellation method,and finally extracting the actual position of the rotor through the phase locked loop(PLL).Compared with the traditional demodulation algorithm,the improved algorithm can weaken the influence of system delay,filter and other factors on the position estimation,and more accurately and quickly identify the true position of the rotor,ensuring stable and reliable operation of the motor.Finally,two demodulation algorithms are compared and analyzed,and the feasibility and superiority of the algorithm are verified.
