独活寄生汤加减联合云克治疗类风湿关节炎的临床观察

摘要
目的观察独活寄生汤加减联合云克治疗类风湿关节炎的效果。方法选取本院2017年1月至2018年1月收治的108例类风湿关节炎患者,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组54例,对照组采用尼美舒利分散片、鹿瓜多肽和云克进行治疗。观察组在对照组基础上加减使用独活寄生汤治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗有效率94.44%,明显高于对照组(87.04%,P <0.05)。结论独活寄生汤加减联合云克能够有效治疗类风湿关节炎,促进患者的恢复。
Objective To explore the effect of the combination of modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and Yunke in treating rheumatoid arthritis. Methods A total of 108 patients with rheumatoid arthritis in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 54 patients in each group. The control group was treated with nimesulide dispersible tablets,deer melon polypeptide and Yunke. The observation group was treated with modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(87.04%,P<0.05). Conclusion modified Duhuo Jisheng Decoction combined with Yunke can effectively treat rheumatoid arthritis and promote the recovery of patients.
