渐进性肌肉放松训练对甲状腺癌手术患者心理状态、睡眠及生命质量的影响

摘要
目的:探讨渐进性肌肉放松训练对甲状腺癌手术患者心理状态、睡眠及生命质量的影响。方法:选取2016年3月至2017年3月郑州大学附属洛阳中心医院收治的甲状腺癌手术患者82例,依据不同护理方法分为对照组和观察组,每组41例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予渐进性肌肉放松训练。观察比较2组患者心理状态、睡眠和生命质量等情况。结果:护理后观察组负性情绪和睡眠质量均优于对照组(P<0.05),护理后观察组在生命质量各方面明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于临床上实施甲状腺癌手术的患者,采用渐进性肌肉放松训练有利于帮助患者早日康复。
Objective: To explore the effect of progressive muscle relaxation training on the psychological state,sleep and quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer. Methods: A total of 82 patients with thyroid cancer were selected from Mar 2016 to Mar 2017 in Zhengzhou University Affiliated Luoyang Central Hospital. According to the different nursing methods,41 cases were divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the experimental group was given progressive muscle relaxation training. Results: After nursing,the negative emotion and sleep quality of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,P < 0. 05. After nursing,the experimental group was obviously better than the control group in the quality of life,P < 0. 05. Conclusion: Progressive muscle relaxation training for patients with thyroid cancer surgery is helpful to help patients recover at an early date.
