温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床观察

摘要
目的分析温针灸治疗老年性膝骨关节病的临床效果。方法选取2012年6月—2017年8月期间我院收治的480例老年性膝骨关节病患者作为本次实验的观察对象,运用随机数字表法分为2组,对照组与治疗组各240例,各予以单纯针刺和温针灸方法治疗,分析并比较2组治疗前后膝关节功能改善情况、治疗效果、复发率。结果 2组治疗2个疗程后的HSS评分均高于治疗前,组间予以对比,治疗组高于对照组(P<0.05);对照组的治疗总有效率显著低于治疗组,其复发率则显著高于治疗组,2组间差异明显(P<0.05)。结论老年性膝骨关节病实施温针灸治疗效果确切,可有效改善膝关节功能,减少复发,值得广泛应用于临床。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of senile knee osteoarthropathy.Methods 480 patients with senile knee osteoarthropathy who were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to August 2017 were selected as observation objects in this experiment. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 240 cases in each group. The control group and the treatment group were treated with simple acupuncture and warm acupuncture and moxibustion respectively. The improvement of knee function,treatment effect,and recurrence rate before and after treatment were analyzed and compared. Results HSS scores of the two groups after two courses of treatment were higher than before treatment,the comparison between the two groups,the treatment group was higher than the control group( P < 0. 05). The total treatment efficiency of the control group was significantly lower than the treatment group,its recurrence rate was significantly higher than the treatment group,and there were significant differences between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The effect of warm acupuncture moxibustion for the treatment of senile knee osteoarthropathy is effective,and it can effectively improve knee function and reduce recurrence. It is worthy of being widely used in clinical practice.
