摘要
为了研究硫对春油菜幼苗生长及生理生化指标的影响,以春油菜品种"青杂5号"为试材,采用单因素完全随机设计盆栽试验,研究6个不同施硫量(0,3.3,6.6,13.3,20,26.6 mg/kg)对春油菜幼苗的生长和叶片生理生化指标的影响。结果表明:随着施硫量的增加,叶片MDA含量逐渐升高,SOD活性逐渐下降,其他农艺性状和生理生化指标均呈先升高后降低趋势;当施硫量为6.6 mg/kg时,幼苗植株干重、根长、根系活力、叶绿素b、叶绿素a+b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白和硝酸还原酶活性均显著高于对照(P<0.05);当施硫量为20.0 mg/kg时,POD活性达到最高,显著高于对照71.15%(P<0.05),MDA含量在施硫量为3.3 mg/kg时达到最低,显著低于对照52.5%(P<0.05)。因此,施硫量为3.3~6.6 mg/kg时可明显促进春油菜幼苗生长和提高幼苗叶片相关酶活性。
        The present study evaluated the effects of different sulfur application on the growth and physiological and biochemical indicators of spring rape seedlings. Cultivar 'Qingza 5 was used as testing material,testing was designed randomly with single factor and 6 sulfur fertilizer levels(0,3.3,6.6,13.3,20,26.6 mg/kg) were set. The results showed that with the increase of sulfur application,the content of MDA increased gradually and the activity of SOD decreased gradually. The agronomic characters and physiological and biochemical indicator showed the increasing first and decreasing later. When the sulfur application was 6.6 mg/kg,the dry weight,root length,root activity,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b,carotenoids,soluble sugar,soluble protein and NR activity were significantly higher than CK(P<0.05). When the sulfur content was 20.0 mg/kg,the activity of POD was the highest,which was 71.15% higher than that of CK(P<0.05). When the sulfur application was 3.3 mg/kg,MDA content was the lowest,which was 52.5% lower than that of CK(P<0.05). Sulfur application with 3.3~6.6 mg/kg would promote the growth of spring rape seedlings significantly and the enzyme activity of leaves would be effectively improved.
