高职院校学生职业素养培育方案路径探析——基于思想政治教育与心理健康教育的整合视角

摘要
在基于心理健康教育与思想政治教育的视域下,全面分析当前高职学生职业素养的发展现状,提出"三位三课"职业素养培育体系,开展心理健康教育视阈下的职业素养教育,基于心理健康教育进行职业生涯规划校本课程建设,以思想政治教育为依托培育高职学生职业素养,以高职学生职业素养为核心开发德育课程,强化职业素养评价体制等培育路径,将职业素养培育贯穿于人才培养的始终。
Based on the vision of mental health education and ideological and political education,this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of current status of the development of higher vocational college students' professional quality,puts forward " three classes and three lessons",carries out mental health education under the perspective of mental health education. It is suggested to plan construction of school-based curriculum based on the mental health education on career,cultivate students' professional quality by ideological and political education,develop moral education courses with professional quality as the core,strengthen the professional quality evaluation system and run the cultivation of professional quality through the whole process of talent cultivation.
