摘要
为解决总装厂房内吊具设备复杂、一种吊具起吊一型产品、质心难调节的问题,根据地面保障装备的发展趋势提出了一种通用化质心可调式吊具。采用吊梁模块化、质心无级调节的设计思路,完成了通用化质心可调式吊具设计方案,并通过Abaqus软件和理论计算对其进行刚强度校核,实现了对不同起吊间距、不同重量的产品通用起吊。本文为后续吊具及相关地面设备的产品化研制提供一种新的设计思路。
In order to solve the problem which sling is complex, one sling just lift one product and sling removes centroid hardly in the devices general assembly factory, this paper combines the development tendency of ground guarantee equipment, raises one kind of universalization removable centroid sling. Hanging beam modularity and removing centroid continuously are used in the sling's design thought. A design scheme of universalization removable centroid horizontal sling is accomplished and the rigidity and intensity of universalization hanging beam are checked by Abaqus software and theoretical calculation. The sling can universally lift different products, which have suspension point distances and different weights. This paper can provide a new design thinking for slings and other ground equipment productization developing.
