基于集对论的装备维修保障核心能力评估

摘要
针对装备维修保障核心能力评价问题,采用集对论的方法,首先对核心能力的概念和内涵进行界定;其次在简要阐述集对论基本原理的基础上,构建装备维修保障核心能力评估指标体系;最后建立基于集对论的核心能力评估模型,并进行实例分析,得到维修保障单位的核心维修能力水平。结果表明,该方法科学有效,可为军民融合装备维修保障任务区分提供一定参考。
Aiming at the core competence evaluation of equipment maintenance support,adopting the method of set pair theory. Firstly,the concept and connotation of core competence are defined. Secondly,on the basis of the basic principle of set pair theory,the evaluation index system of the core competence of equipment maintenance support is constructed. Finally,core competency assessment model based on set pair theory is established,and examples are analyzed to obtain the core maintenance capability level of maintenance and repair units. The results show that the method is scientific and effective,and it can provide certain reference for the separation of military and civilian integration equipment maintenance support tasks.
