摘要
结合生物工程人才培养特点,构建了创新教育课程与专业课程、通适教育课程有机融合的人才培养新体系。该体系包括按照大学生成长规律,分年级梯级实施创新创业课程教学;充分整合创新创业学院、高新区国家级与省级孵化器、开发区青创中心和大学生创新创业中心的相关资源,为创新创业实践提供平台;建立校内校外相结合的创新创业教师队伍;不断完善与创新创业相适应的人才培养体系、课程大纲和相关体制机制。研究为生物工程专业创新创业教育课程和人才培养体系的建立和实践提供了参考。
The personal training system was constructed organically and confluently by blending the innovation courses with the special courses and the general education courses according to the bioengineering personnel culture characteristics. The system included the cascade implement of the various grades innovation imbark courses according to college students growth rules and the enough confusion the platform resources with the innovation imbark college,the national and province-grade incubators,the youth imbark centre for the innoavation imbark practice and the construction of the innovation and imbark teaching teams from the school and the social and sustainably improving the personnel training system and the courses outlines and some system and mechanism. The research provided the refer with the construction and practice about the innovation imbark personnel training system of bioengineering.
