社会智库运行机制与影响力:国内四个案例的比较研究

摘要
[目的/意义]智库数量在全球范围内呈快速增长趋势,中国社会智库也开始迅速发展。然而中国社会智库发展还不成熟,如何提升影响力是社会智库发展的核心问题。[方法/过程]选择4个中国社会智库,利用案例分析法分析了智库研究人员、资金、研究课题和成果与智库影响力的关系,并构建社会智库运行机制与影响力形成的理论框架。[结果/结论]研究结果显示智库的研究人员、资金、研究课题及成果都对社会智库影响力的提升产生不同的影响,并据此提出了提升社会智库影响力的对策建议。
[Purpose/Significance]The number of think tanks is growing rapidly around the world,and the Chinese civil think tank is developing rapidly. However,the development of Chinese civil think tank is not mature and howto improve the influence is the core problem of the development of social think tank.[Method/Process]This paper chooses four Chinese social think tanks,analyzes the relationship between thinkers,funds,research projects,achievements and think tank influence by case analysis method,and constructs a theoretical framework for the development model of civil think tank.[Result/Conclusion]The results showed that think tank researchers,funding,projects and achievements are different to the promotion of influence of civil think tank. Based on the research results,this paper accordingly puts forward the suggestions on promoting social think-tank influence.
